Zones v2 / sty status

Post by kyle »

Does anyone know the state of the ZonesV2 in general and the sty port?

I might have some time on my hands, as I got laid off, to try to work on it some.

Ok I'll try to spend some time digging into it and see, the last I remembered, and maybe this was the ct hacks to it, There was some issues and I did not think there was styball implemented, as making a spinning zone v2 ball, detect a wall and bounce became a very hard problem.

As always no guarantee as I have a lot of other projects, but I do think I want to try to spend a little of my time coding, and potentially it will help me get a job again

That's unfortunate, sorry to hear that. I recently had my hours cut in half so I can relate to any anxiety you're having. It's rough out there, good luck.

That's no good to hear either, hopefully you get your hours back or can find something else. I've surprisingly been finding some decent jobs posted, I have not applied to any yet though, I'm lucky to have a little bit of breathing room before I need to land another job.
