Recent e-mail issues

[Tank Program]

E-mails (alerts, activations, etc.) may or may not have been getting through the last few months (summer-fall 2024). This was caused by Google phasing out application passwords and needing to work around that (i.e., change the way e-mails are sent). Fix #1 was a temporary band-aid. Fix #2 apparently didn't really work. Fix #3 never got out of the door. Fix #4 should hopefully, fingers crossed, definitely fix it for real this time honest.
