These are all pretty good, but I think the Marika Hackerman song is the only one I really liked. It has a kind of forcefulness the other songs don't. Actually listened to it a couple times. Over the years I've become adverse to songs in major keys, I really like those minor intervals. Will check out more of her stuff. I couldn't even listen to the whole Magnets song, too boring.
I'm going to hit you with something I think you'll really like, an experimental band from Mexico. Most of their stuff is more performance art than music, and they only have one "traditional" rock song I'm aware of, but man is it great:
