Who Likes Peanut Butter & Jelly?

Man I love Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwiches. When I was a kid my grandmother used to make my lunch for school. She would ask me what kind of sandwich I liked and I always said PB&J. And she always said "If you eat it every day you'll get sick of it." Well, here I am today, a grown-ass man and I LOVE PB&J.

Not me, but I've become a fan of peanut butter sandwiches on road trips. No cooler needed, and you can eat for cheap all the way across the country. Risk of scurvy, though, I think.

I've had PB & banana, but it did not have enough flavor. It was interesting, but bland. As a kid I would occasionally I would eat PB & pickle sandwiches, but these days that seems like a waste of time when PB&J is the clear winner. Once I even ate PB & tuna. It was surprisingly good.

There used to be a restaurant me and my ex used to visit that had some sort of Indian or Thai "spicy" peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I need to find a place like that in San Diego. Anyone else know about spicy peanut butter?

^ Spicy peanut butter. I know about them from the PB&J place I went to in NYC in the past year but just found out they closed about a month ago. They still sell their peanut butter in grocery stores - you might find some in San Diego / order online.
