Ladle Player Rule #13 Vote & Discussion

Right, seeing as the community is positive towards this "new" rule, it will stand as it is. If such team/player names exist in future ladles, it will be discussed and punished accordingly by a community vote. This won't be neccesary as most of us have common sense regarding this issue and the Hitler character wasn't planning on playing ladle anyway.

My team N4zi (Noobs 4 Zabernism Initative) will be returning for next ladle.

As many others in this thread have pointed out, "anti-semitic" is specific to Jews. It is also redundant in that sentence anyway, so the rule only need say:

No racist, sexist or other discriminative team or player names.

I feel discriminated by the shocking "Titties legs together" team name. Titties, or tits, of course being a common nickname of mine on the grid (mah peeps use it all the time) even though I only use Titan/Titanoboa myself. And I'd like to spread my legs whenever I please, please. Could we issue a ban please, thanks.

A concisely written rule would eliminate the effects of nitpicking and the need for common sense.


Ritsuka, common sense is very subjective. Example, it used to be common sense that the Earth was flat. For obvious reasons that common sense died out. Likewise, the common sense one would normally use to judge this situation should also die out.

Albert Einstein said common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by the age of 18. It is also a result of some pervasive and extremely stupid logical fallacies that have become embedded in the human brain over generations, for one reason or another. These malfunctioning thoughts--several of which you've had already today--are a major cause of everything that's wrong with the world.
