Now I wonder what actual World War II Nazis themselves would say to Durf. They'd probably be as confused as everyone else here. There is no Nazi race. Even if by Nazi you mean Aryan, which is the denomination the Nazis themselves employed, you'd be wrong because it is an unscientific concept that only served to give their ideology an intellectual foundation.

Please refer to this post and read what I said to dinobro (specifically the last paragraph; starting from "Now about that definition of 'race':"), I would only say the same thing in response. The sub-topic / argument of "if Nazis are a race" is irrelevant to the point of this overall discussion. It's prejudice nonetheless.

So Durf, why should we take anything you say seriously? Why should anyone try to have empathy for anyone else when everything is just based on their preconceptions and nothing has an inherent meaning that isn't up for a positive interpretation?

I don't see why not; to both your questions. But I suppose that's more of a philosophical thing. You are free to see things how you wish to see them (and/or how you believe you are forced to see them). What you take seriously or who you try to show empathy for is your choice and you have your own reasons. But IMO, I think you should take what I have to say seriously because I've taken what everyone here has to say seriously (unfortunately even the trolls :s) out of respect that every has their own unique perspective and they have a unique viewpoint to share. If your second question wasn't so vague on what specifically you're talking about (inherent meaning of what), I'd be able to answer more. Though I suspect you mean the imagery associated such as the swastika, which I've already discussed is also a religious symbol, and also just a plain "good-luck" symbol (like a character, a letter).
Furthermore, it's not like I'm joking about any of this. Like I said, I don't see why you wouldn't.

You somehow keep betraying yourself and don't see the big pile of crap in front of you, until you have to admit that the emptiness of virtually everything else around that pile which you use to counter isn't really supporting your case (and on the contrary, if intepreted correctly, helping to further outline that pile).

I don't think you made a valid case. "if interpreted correctly"; I'd like to know what was so correct about the way you interpreted my posts...more specifically, how you came to your conclusions :s
But, this is also a bit of a "sub-topic" and kinda off-topic since it's more about the prejudice and bad treatment of tronners (race or not, racism or not; it's not right).
I'm still waiting from replies from other people, and I'd rather not clutter the forums with topics that have already been discussed a few pages ago. We can PM if you want to talk in depth without "cluttering" any forums up or having it locked on us..? I mean, if you have something to post about the topic and not just me, then by all means... But for something like this I'd rather focus on the discussion at hand.

The issue with you is that you don't really seek for dialog. You keep saying "prove me wrong, I'm open to discussion". You're not.
People link you definitions, link you articles and your only response is "No, it's not true, I am right, you are wrong" (in big tl;dr as it's assisted by lots of gibberish).
And that's why you shouldn't get upset for people posting just silly gifs or images. It's because you are not open to any dialog. You think you are right and nothing will change it. Shame really.
Nazis are not a race, you don't understand the definition, don't create your own. Simple as that. Same as "Canadian" that you claim to be a race. It's not. What more of a proof we need to show you that you are wrong? Google it, google if a "canadian" is a race.Tell us the result. I asked you the other day to link any reputable article referring to nazi as a race. You've never done that. You're the only person claiming it (besides other accounts made within last week that I suspect are there just to <spam> the forums) so burden of proof is on you. Not on us. Alas, you will still claim it is. And hence, I would like to propose to just keep on topic and ignore all Durf's divagations from now on, simply because his head is just full of weird shit that brings nothing but lots of gibberish.
