The server browser just came back listed 131 servers. Are there even a third of that many people playing this game anymore?

Assuming people don't use more than 1 GID there are 303 unique GIDs over the last week
and of the same data 149 unique servers, 14 have not been used by a single player and another 28 have not been seen with more than 10 players in this time frame. Note: the data is gathered approximately every 2 minutes.

based on this the most populate server is .dBd|High Rubber with 15135
the highest pickup is #armagetron.pickup [fort6.ga1.na] Join at http://w... with 1255 and this would be 24th on the list

OK, but how many of those are active/repeat players? Any time I check there aren't more than maybe 30 people tops, and that's at prime times. I just checked and there's grand total of 20 people playing right now at 10:15 PM Eastern.

Just looked it up it only keeps 5 days worth of data, I had to reduce it a few months ago because there was an increase in players

since this gets this information every 2 minutes or thereabout, will say that if they were seen 9 times or less they played less than 20 minutes in the past 5 days and 63 of them fall into that situation. however This is just of those who play authenticated. and only 16 have only been seen one time. (looking at the list they tend to be players that don't have as much time as they once did) and the most seen authenticated player is hook@forums with 661.
also since my past there was 1 more GID added to the list. meaning 241 authenticated players have played at or over 20 minutes in the last week
