I'll add that I don't think it is Dal's ISP causing the problem. I got him to run some traceroute and ping tests to the Arma servers that he uses and everything seemed perfectly normal. We did this at a time that he was getting these huge lag-o-meters.

@Fipp - I have tried cutting every running program off (and looking through processes to make sure torrents, or anything like that was off.)

I've tried when nobody was home, I have Comcast high-speed Internet.

I just did a speed test on speedtest.net, and I get a 22mbps DL speed and 4.5mbpd UL speed.

@dlh - I have tried turning the LOM off and then it is just having invisible huge lagometers.

@sinewave - I'm leaning to think it is something I need to check in that has to do with my laptop, but why would it start recently? It just started out of the blue a couple months ago.

@Z-man - It will continue through the start and through the entire round/match.

@potter - Enlighten me on this.

@Deli - I've had the issue at 3 in the morning. So either a bunch of lonely guys with Comcast are jacking off on Omegle and Pornhub or something else is the issue.

Also tried changing Tron to 0.3/0.4 and nothing. (I'm glad, because I like my 0.2.
