Just a note. The crashes that were happening in my server (black screen) I'm pretty sure is caused by lag when the server starts the new round. I am pretty sure it was because of the MAX_OUT_RATE being at 100 KB, which is more than many players' down speed anyway, so I don't really see the point.
Next time I'll have it set lower, and hopefully that solves the problem. If not, I don't really know what's causing it. It only happens with the brawl settings.
It's not MAX_OUT_RATE. It was determined about 5-6 years ago by epsy and confirmed by Z-man that MAX_IN_RATE and MAX_OUT_RATE should be set to 100 for optimal performance.

Hmm, then what could be the cause? It only happens with Brawl settings.
I have no idea, but I've never seen it happen 4 times in a best of 3 to specifically 3 out of 8 players. Something tells me it's something with our clients since it was consistently us 3, but then again we don't all use the same client.
