We tried a match today xD Didn't go out too well. Either some players genuinely can't see the "register" button, or they're trolling.

Well technically if two people worked together, couldn't they still screw up the rankings with this system?

Yes but we'd know who they are because Concord chooses which accounts to validate.

actually people vote on which accounts to validate.

also people could still successfully dispute those matches. and it'd be easy enough to suspend them

I'm going to reset the rankings and take it out of testing mode. There's probably still some little bugs and stuff, but I don't think they're major, and if they disrupt rankings, we have enough information to rectify the situation.

Nice to see this back, but what is the new protocol for disputing stuff? Do people still lose 50 points?

I've created an account there but it still says it's not vaild; could someone please vote it in? kthx :)

Also when I'm logged in I get a couple php warnings:

Code: Select all

Warning: include(rankings) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/a7937259/public_html/ranking-table.php on line 23

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'rankings' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/a7937259/public_html/ranking-table.php on line 23
these are on the rankings page, similar ones are on the other pages.
It doesn't seem to break anything and appears as a layer above the actual page, but just telling you just in case there is something going wrong there :)
Edit: These only show when I log in and then load a new page, it doesn't show on the first page I access after logging in, and also not when I'm logged out on the page.

Edit2: seems fixed, wd :)

When I try to report I'm getting this message: This match has already been reported. Ignore what it says below, we blocked you from double reporting. Everything is fine. Carry on. Nobody else had actually reported it and the match doesn't show up on the matches log or rankings.

Uh, potential loophole. Find a player who cares naught about the rankings, 1v1 him 500 times, win, post matches. You might wanna find a way to minimize this obvious loophole.

Sry I did this back in COD4 when I wanted my golden weapons. I'd go into a server and we'd take turns artificially inflating our head-shot scores.
