Hosting a server from my home net, it's pretty reliable. I'll sort out a static IP closer to the date, and amend details such as ports etc.

Just a fair warning. Home based servers, for this type of stressful situation, are generally very bad. You have to keep in mind, anything that is hosted at home has 2-4 more network hops in and out than something hosted in a data center. For a normal, not very busy server, you won't see much of a difference. With 6v6 fortress that can drive a server in a data center to it's knees, you will see a huge difference.

I know, I was worried, but I hosted a server not too long ago with around 15 people, and it worked pretty much the same level as my amazon server. I am going to try get something to make the direction a little easier, but from what I know I have two hops: Opal telecom <=> Heaton Data Services <=> My house. Bearing in mind that Opal have a routing centre about a mile away from my house, and that I live across the road from the corresponding exchange, I consider myself fairly damned lucky. Of course, there may be some further hops, from the provider to the world, but Opal have some sort of fancy stuff that does something nice to combat that.

^That's going off what a guy who works there told me though :s

Just a small server note, CT USA has been moved to another hosting company and not resides in Atlanta, GA. It should preform a lot better than the previous one. (I'll update the details on the wiki)

Brackets

We are missing one EU server, someone please step up and provide. Speaking of servers, a couple have been some moved around to different locations so please be generous with your +/-1 feedback this Ladle.

Yoow! I'm looking forward to this Sunday, haven't played ladle in a long time. Lots of new teams I've never seen before, and tron seems a lot more active than when I last played which is great :D

See you on the grid!
