Yeah, armagetronad.no-ip.org (that is the one you host right?) has been down for awhile. Also I just double checked about 10 seconds ago

It's been down for a while, part of the reason why we offer private channels. Everyone's welcome to come and chat, not neccesarily with eachother, we have a ton of channels.
