uNa Saying Goodbye
After about 2 1/2 years, it's finally time for uNa to disband. Our original intent was to create a place for up and coming players to get acquainted with the fort/sumo community and make the switch from places like CTWF to competitive play. I'd say we did our job fairly well. While we didn't win any ladles, we produced players who are now in CT, SP, and basically any clan you can think of.
Most of you have played with us at one time or another, and as irritating as I'm sure we've been at times, we really appreciated the opportunities to grow and improve. So thank you for playing with us over the years, it's been a pleasure.
Recently we've had a steady decline in active players, and decided it would be beneficial for everyone to move forward. Most (if not all) of our members will still be on the grids, and we look forward to whatever the future brings.

Re: uNa Saying Goodbye
I always hoped UNA would go on to win a Ladle and have an ironic name. But instead, they lived up to and gave new meaning to the term "noob" with their epic and historical losing streak of 39 loses in a row, a record that will surely never be broken (dare I say the only record never to be broken?). UNA played nearly two years without winning a single match. They were supremely good at being an utterly awful Fotress team. However, UNA's tenacity was unmatched. Let's call that the silver lining, shall we?
Good luck on your new teams!

Hopefully they return after PRU did, so we can claim at least that one record back for some time.sinewav wrote:I always hoped UNA would go on to win a Ladle and have an ironic name. Dunno where that statistic came from (we didn't play anywhere close to 39 ladles), and certainly won our fair share of clan wars and such (got to the semis of a WST actually) so 2 years w/o a win... not exactly
But as for being the worst competitive fortress clan that survived these past 2.5 years... we will gladly accept that title

However, since all the stats are collected by hand, I'll try to double check and see if there is another win somewhere.
