A reason I do single-bind (besides it being all-around superior, of course). My turns are on the arrows, and I never have any problems on that wrist, even with it angled back further. My glances are SDF, and I do have problems on that side. If I were to doublebind, the second set of turns would be on WR, making it even worse.

My cousin did gymnastics. She still has cankles.
