What is the command to use so that the maximum amount of players allowed to enter from an ip can be set to 1 ?

MAX_CLIENTS_SAME_IP_HARD 1
MAX_CLIENTS_SAME_IP_SOFT 1 #not sure if this is needed but it definitely won't hurt
