ok I have admin access to a server and I know some /admin commands but not much could you please post some I need how to teleport and respawn

Here is a huge list. Teleporting and respawning are experimental and unsupported. Someone might be able to help you, but there may not be commands to execute like you imagine. It would help to post what version the server is so we can tell you if it's even possible.
