you're confusing two different lists, one created by INW, and a second, unpublished list that syllabear and deso are using. I can't be bothered to find the original post, but sylla explicitly said he had luck added under "team Russia" on his list.

+1, considering there's no way to prove anything online, i think people can just sign up where they wish, also makes for a better tournament as it gets more people playing and more countries able to field teams, pretty much a win/win situation.
