Damn, that's much faster than mine: (tested at 2 pm and almost 100 miles to the test server though)

1. Run a webserver on your local computer, and install speedtest mini <http://speedtest.net/mini.php> to /speedtest
2. ifconfig lo0 alias <ip address of your selected speedtest.net server>
3. Post fake results.

Alternatively, move somewhere that actually has fast internet.

My images/results are not fake and I tested it at 2 different locations so I'm not running speedtest from my own computer lol.
