I think we're still straying away from the true meaning of capture the flag.
As many others pointed out, majority of the time now its about dumping and base camping and if a team REALLY wanted to, they could figure out how to win without capturing the flag at all.

No Holes - Unlike in fort, holing in ctf is pretty much a 99% flag capture. In fort holing , it really depends on factors and what player advantage is and such. Since you can respawn in ctf, its not like they're losing much. As we seen, teams who perfected this method, usually win the tournament AND its now one of the main ways to attack for ANY team. Whens the last time you seen a defender get cut in CTF from the semi finals and on?
Lower Score Win to 1 or 0 - Sorry I think 8 points has changed on how some teams play. I know some teams might just wanna dump them all and get the 8 pts and since CTF only has 4 rounds. a team who can perfect this method. well lets just say we'll be having short CTF tournaments, winning a 2 matches in 8 rounds in under 20mins does not sound like a fun tournament, heck even casual ww CTF matches last longer.
Remove 4 Rounds & Make first to 100/1##/200 - I'm surprised this hasn't been lifted. Its sooo short, you don't really stand a chance for a comeback in the current settings with 4 rounds. Also it kills game play limiting the rounds like this. I like longer tournaments, so much can happen! The unknown really makes a tournament fun!(also the tournament is fun when uNk enters

Keep DZ- I would say remove it if you kept the 4 rounds, but IF we're making it a first to bases. Might as well keep it to keep the rounds under a good time.
Raise Score Flag - Lets make it actually worth something! 10/15 pts?! yes? since getting rid of holes, there will sure be blood shed over it.
