When did "borked" get completely redefined to mean messed up or working incorrectly? Stupid internet babies.

Bork: v. Obstruct (someone, esp. a candidate for public office) through systematic defamation or vilification. see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Bork#Bork_as_verb

Enough of this tomfoolery! Cease and desist! And further more, shut up! That’s all just well enough, because in reality there is only room enough in this world for one Mojo Jojo. One shall be the number of Mojo Jojos in the world, and the number of Mojo Jojos in the world shall be one. Two Mojo Jojos is too many, and three is right out! So the only Mojo Jojo there is room for in the world shall be me! And being the only Mojo Jojo in the world, I will rule the world in which there is only one MOJO JOJO!!

Borked used as a term to mean "messed up" has been used by geeks since at least the late '80s. Example: When I tried to load a custom Linux on my new router, I borked it instead and now it is a brick. Fortunately, with a simple hardware hack I can unbrick it.

Really? News to me. I never heard it used that way until recently. 'Course, I don't cavort with many geeks.

Still, the term already existed in another use, which makes it annoying. Not that half-literate webkids care, so long as it gets "lulz," right?

OK, end digression.

People just can't resist the big Z. I remember Novocaine had a great online tool similar to this a number of years ago.

word you suck.
you need a(n) (apache) server and a php parser.
the most common server for windows (which includes php) is xampp.
Just put the files into /xampp/htdocs and start the server
