Windows 7 FPS trouble

hello help me

i have recently installed windows 7 and now i cant play tron fps's are low any one no how i can fix this when i had xp on i was getting 200+ fps now im only getting 20 and it's unplayerable

Check your graphics card driver is up to date

i am using onbored gfx wich worked find with xp

intel r 82915g/gv/910gl express chipset family

try to find the chip's control panel. sometimes you can change the performance settings.

i went 2 the intle site it says
