Quick question

Ok, so I'm curious to know if this is possible. I want to change the auth of one specific server.. What I mean, is like instead of 'owner' to be 'god' or something like that. I know its on the Language file, but if I was to change it there, it would change for all the servers in the vps.. How can I do it for one specific server?

Where is the Default location of original Language File on a VPS?

I cant seem to find it

It should be at /usr/local/share/games/armagetronad-dedicated/language/english_base.txt by default.

Ok, so I found the language folder. I pretty much duplicated the english file and moved it to my Language Folder under my server folder and renamed the english file to Custom.txt.. Also the first line is language Custom, like directed on the wiki. What else should I have? Or did I do it wrong?

Only way to find out is test. Your description sounds fine, but leaves a lot of room for errors. For example, you need to actually know where "your server folder" is.
