There is a gag in the video I'm not sure everyone can relate too; when ppotter says "I learned it by watching you!"

This is a reference to an anti-drug Public Service Announcement that ran in the US during the 80's. I'm not sure how make people under the age of 30 who live outside of the US would know of it, but it was a hugely popular to my generation due to it's apparent absurdity.
