do you mean to keep it even earlier? like 11am EST which is 16 pm GMT.

By the way, anybody mind to use on servers 'switch' patch? So it can be even smoother with /shout, shuffle before joining and auto kick spectators.

The time is just right for Americans and Euros, don't change it.

to vote you need to change skin:
go to User Control Panel>Board preferences and change there 'My board style' from 'lackarma1' to 'armaunified' and you can vote.

Personally I think maybe like 2 or 3 would be better mostly cause that's what time a college kid does stuff on Saturday, but it is very inconvenient for the Australian players to have it at 3 in the morning. I'm not sure how increasing the scoring will work but we could try it in a srs match or war and see if the time can be shortened so that the tourneys are not s long because as sine said it can take awhile for one match to be complete let alone 3 or 4. That is just an extended period of playing tron/sitting in one spot hitting buttons.

PS. March 19th ftw.

Its more of an international tourney now, so other time zones are considered. Still, maybe a better time can be found?

Lets try to keep the time the same for this ladle. The date, which was originally, is now Saturday.. so if that works better for more people then we can try changing the time around for the next tournament perhaps.

Well i started a (very hard to put together) OPEN TEAM1. There are many many of us good players out there who are NOT in a clic/clan what ever you wanna call it.

So I welcome and CHALLENGE! more of you out there to UNITE! UNITE against the CLANS!

I would like to see 3 or 4 open teams! clans bring it on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bring your A team B team and C teams!!!!!

The more open teams the more we can prove that those of us out there that are not in a clan can DOMINATE all these clan noobs!

just a humble opinion!

Oo I was reading through the post and I saw this.
Please make sure you know that the tourney is at 1pm EST not 8.

And gari there seems to be a problem for the way in which you have signed your team up. If you post a second team leader global id then I can fix it for you, or if I see you on tron I can guide you through the steps for how to do it properly. The second choice would be more beneficial for you, as then you know how to do it for future tournaments.

I believe last tourney we had 19 teams, yet this tourney a mere 11.
So far I do feel that Sunday is a much better day for tronners than Saturday.

Mere? Are you high? That's a great number! Wild West CTF tournaments rarely broke 8 teams, so this is fantastic as far as I'm concerned. Since many teams from the last tournament failed to organize correctly, I can only imagine this slightly smaller list is full of more dedicated players.
