+1 to everybody (wild, sine, gene, and hey, concord's a smart guy, and even though i did read all of his behemoths, i'll throw him one too).
If I may give my opinion (since we're all throwing them around), here's what I agree with (that I've read):
· Ladles are almost perfect the way they are now; there's not much to fret over
· Simple rules = win
· Trying to vote every 3 months is sometimes a bit tedious and gets out of hand
And something that I may add: Maybe instead of having community votes on ALL issues, we could elect some heads (like 5-11) who vote amongst themselves, and can distribute punishments, etc.
Note: I am in no way suggesting that we implement or even discuss such a system now (iirc, it's been discussed heavily before). I'm just making a point to point out now how nice such a system would be so that there's more momentum going for it at a latter point

But yes. Most importantly, let's not overcomplicate ("overconcordcate" ???) this thread and try to be grateful for the progress that's been made and how good things are right now
