The server config is a bit broken, the map doesn't appear to be in the official resource repository. Server admins, please add the following:

MAP_FILE turtle/classic/sumo-faceoff-0.0.1.aamap.xml(http://simamo.de/~bugfarmer/sumo-faceoff-0.0.1.aamap.xml)

as a temporary fix.

Players unable to join should enter that line at the console in a local game, play a round with it, then try again.

Edit: apparently, the resource repository itself is the problem, not the configuration. Luke is working on a fix.
