Once teams and players are decided, it'll be posted here and there. I'll also need every team leader to PM me what password they want to their forum, etc.

well, i guess i'll be team leader, cause no one else wanted to be on argentina/spain/mexico, but what if 2 wanted to be for one team? how do we decide team leaders?

No? You sign up saying you want to be team leader yes or no, and a team leader gets appointed like that.

As far as I've seen, most teams did not have more than 1 volunteer to be a team leader. If they do, the people who wanted to be a teamleader can discuss who's gonna be it.

This is what we have Liz's site for. They can discuss it internally. So I'm just assuming the slow down on team discussion is due to the upcoming ladle? Can we try and figure these teams out sometime afterwards? I'll try and come up with a full list and post it, and the rest of you can discuss and edit it.
