International Challenge- Sign Up(Players, Managers, Servers)

All those who posted USA as their country must now add their state

This is more of a topic to see how many people would be interested in playing for their countries if there were to be a world cup.

Checklist:
-Get a list of players interested, including team leaders
-Vote on team leaders
-Figure out team rosters(Possibly split US or other countries if ridiculous amounts of players sign up)
-Vote on a date
-Create a wiki page
