Time's up.

Liz made a comment in the other thread that she wanted to change to the 18th. She didn't change her vote here, so it still counts as the 4th.

Including ID clearly making a statement that they want the 18th, but never actually voting, and SP who repeatedly said they wanted "not the 4th" and once saying they wanted the 18th in a different topic... we have a 5-5 tie. If you want to accept this result, then it shows there isn't sufficient support to change the date from the July 4th. (I explained this better in the discussion topic.)

Not counting the SP or ID votes, since they never actually voted in this topic, we have 5-3 favor for July 4th.

It's quite interesting that in a topic that was so hot as to create 3 (or more) multi-page topics of discussion, we only got 8 legit votes out of a possible 14. Even counting ID and SP, we still only got about 71% of the people to vote...

In any case, the final decision was July 4th.

Well it's rather obvious that a majority of the teams (6 to 4 in fact) support changing it. I guess it makes sense why you don't count SP and ID though...

Acid had you posted that about an hour and a half earlier, you may have changed the date of the ladle

Anywho, it's July 4th, no way of denying it. I wanted July 18th, but I'm totally cool with sitting this one out. Again, good luck to those who participate! I say that with all sincerity!
