but how do you record this?

I use iShowU and iMovie, which is only for the mac. Windows has a lot more programs for recording though, so just google and I'm sure you'll find something.

For example Hypercam.

CamStudio is pretty much the same as HyperCam, and is free . It's video encoder that matters really, not the application.

For Mac all I know of is (as stated) iShowU and a pay one called Snapz Pro X.

You have to pay for iShowU too.

Problem with recording the game, it reduces your fps and makes you lag incredibly.
