The Phalanx Scam (Rajinn is at it again)

Post by friendlyinformer »

Rajinn supposedly "left" tron because of "drama" he himself created, he's a scammer so I say good riddance.. but then, this new server and forum popped up for the clan called "Phalanx" (forum here: phalanx.me DO NOT register for reasons i'll name) so, i notice the server is hosted on rajins machine, and calibur has the same ip has him.. obviously, this is rajin/codehunter, i sign up on the forums and i immediately get virus alerts, and later the msn i signed up with (same pass on forums and msn) are hacked.

DO NOT REGISTER OR USE THE SAME PASSWORD ON ANYTHING RELATING TO THE "NEW" TRON CLAN PHALANX, CREATED BY RAJINN/CODEHUNTER, YOU WILL GET SCAMMED/HACKED.

I'm the leader of Phalanx...
Sorry but I have no idea what you are talking about. I cannot view people's passwords, even when it asks me to validate them on the clan's forums.

Also, since the website is hosted by a host that millions of people use, I highly doubt that there are viruses. Talk to me in game if you have any questions or want to join!

QFT, General Internet Rule :) With almost all hosting solutions, forum admins can make it so that they can read your password. They only need the opportunity to alter the forum code.
As for the rest, yeah, the host is a general shared host, home to many, many unrelated sites. No reason to be alarmed. For the IPs, *sigh*, Tank, please check both of them, just to be sure.

No witchhunts around here, please.

No evidence here to support that claim.

(Edit: not to say that it might not be true, but I can't tell you for sure either way.)

Err just to let you know I know for a fact none of this is true. The person who started this topic didn't even make an account on their site. I made an account and none of my passwords have been hacked.

Unless this is code on my account right now :o

A Montenegro domain....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phalanx_formation

the part about "weaknesses" is interesting.

Fortunately, PRU follows the Italian school, based on the Roman Legion and the Mafia :)
The similarity to fortress is so blatant!

Dont be alerted by anything said in this topic. The forum is clean. Im registered on it, and ive not gotten any of the said virus alerts, and my passwords are still secure. Speaking of drama, this topic does nothing but start it. We need a lock on this.
