I cleared the servers (just committed out the ones that are not know for sure), so if you are one od those that i did not uncommitted, just move it out of the commits.
Re: Ladle 31
HEY!
Wasn't there talk about having a place for a second team leader? In case the team leader couldn't make it? Anyway, it seems like a good idea. That way matches have a greater chance of starting on-time, right?

Re: Ladle 31
The somewhat annoying consequence with that is if some troll joins one of the teams well before the match, /lock's the team, and /uninvite's everyone. Then again, this could be solved with an easy poll-kick.Concord wrote:any team member should be able to /invite, I think.
Re: Ladle 31
only team captains should be able to /lock /uninvite
but everyone should be able to /unlock and /invite
does that make sense?

Re: Ladle 31
Yea it does because if the team leader leaves without unlocking the team no one can join and the players on that team cant invite or unlock it.
But with that thought of players joining locking and kicking players if the players like knew how it worked they could simply invite themselves back to the team and kick the person who tried to kick them but yes I see how this could easily be taken advantage of.

If the team leader leaves and the team is locked, the player(s) with the next highest authority level(s) is(are) automatically given the powers to /unlock it.LucK wrote:Yea it does because if the team leader leaves without unlocking the team no one can join and the players on that team cant invite or unlock it.
You can't /invite yourself to a team.LucK wrote:But with that thought of players joining locking and kicking players if the players like knew how it worked they could simply invite themselves back to the team and kick the person who tried to kick them but yes I see how this could easily be taken advantage of.
Re: Ladle 31
Sorry I worded it wrong. Like if you see Person has been kicked from team blue. Before that round ends person still has the chance to /invite himself back to the team which makes it so he doesn't leave. If he has the power to invite.
Re: Ladle 31
* sine.wav /invite self *
sine.wav wants to go to the cool party on the next respawn.

Re: Ladle 31
I am pretty sure you can't invite yourself onto a team you aren't on, that would make no sense if spectators could invite themselves.
You've gone too far, turn back!

Re: Ladle 31
He means if you are already on the team, and some guy who was given team leader powers decides to /uninvite you from the team. As long as the round doesn't end and you don't enter spectator mode, you can still /invite yourself back to the same team if you have the power as well.
