I usually just do a basic save as PNG with Photoshop. I'm sure there's plenty of optimization I miss out on.By the way, 2651 of those bytes are used by the embedded ICC profile alone, and 81 more by other chunks that aren't all that useful with this kind of image (plus Arma doesn't use any of it). That makes it 75 bytes, or 69 if you improve compression with OptiPNG. - On 4000% compression.
