Hehe that sound bug was in rc2 too, and sometimes you can also hear arma sounds while the game window is minimized :P

Yeah, and if someone could find out how to make the uploads to launchpad appear as the latest downloads, that would be sweet, too. The problem is that apparently, 0.2.8.3 was marked as released a while back (when one of the betas was current), and I can't find a way to change that date now. If all else fails, I'll just create a new release 0.2.8.3.0 for it and reupload.

I can really see the benefit of over time weaning yourselves off of SourceForge. Manta and I both do not like the way SourceForge works. We are comparing the idea of using Git or Launchpad. I am pushing for launchpad because I know that it will be easier for me to bring in new devs to Launchpad than anything else. Also, from a human/motivational standpoint, I think it is easier to motivate devs and others from a well setup Launchpad site. I am going to try to setup a Launchpad site for us. I may be begging for a little help.

Yeah you know if you got kicked already or not :P

Debug recording doesn't work all well in 0.2.8.3. It runs pretty ok, but I still have green floor :/

That thing looks normal; of course, graphics settings are neither stored nor read from a recording (which is what I wanted to verify here). Green, because our floor color is green :) You probably suffer from non-working texturing, which makes the whole floor appear in the color of the grid lines. Disabling the floor texture mode in the detail settings should have the same effect. Why it's happening to you, I can't say, but you can probably soften the effect by switching the floor detail to "No Floor".

Ugh...there's no such option for me actually :) I wanted to start recording with new version only because 0.2.8.1 doesn't have ZONE_HEIGHT and other zone options. I'll try to set up arma 0.3 and see how it works.

Can you please add an option to disable Vsync as in 0.3, it would really help as i dont want to disable it on all games, just on this one.

Can't do that, I'm afraid. The vsync code is rather ugly, because there is no one OS and hardware independent way to change it.

I was using 0.2.8.3 final, however:
