This is going to be a new Tournament to run bi-monthly, the Second Sunday, every other month, starting May 10, 2009. This will be a tournament that will be four teams of four people, each with their own fortress to protect. The settings that were used in a prior tournament have been generously provided by Durka, http://durkadurkaland.com/4teamfortress.cfg, so you can debate their merit.
To test a server set up this way, I have put up a server: The Server Pharm:Four By Four Anarchy
This server uses the aforementioned settings and associated map.

The server that I put up should give reasonable performance for Euros and Americans as it's located in Connecticut, US. Servers that I have put up there in the past have yielded decent performance.
