burning down my village

Post by age of myself »

in my village there was an illegal houseparty:
In a pilot just outside(maybe inside) Amsterdam a fire was broken out.
1 person died while the most ppl were allrdy gone, cuz it was allready 8 in the morning. There were less than hundred ppl when IT happened. It was less than 1 kilometer away from my home and I wake up in the morning, cuz i had 2 play soccer....
I looked like every morning out of my window, but this time i saw smoke and lots of it....(bit shocked)...so i wasn't tired anymore (good 4 the soccer game)
I cycle every normal schoolday along that pilot...
While I was going by car 2 the oppenent my dad did drive close 2 the burning pilot (not on purpose) we saw the fire with all fireboats next 2 it.

and i thought I live in a very boring village.. :P
What a dumb ppl were that. Why didnt they just did go 2 the best disco in Amsterdam?...the melkweg.... :|

PS: sorry for the bad grammar..

Whats a pilot? because I'm pretty sure it isn't one of those guys who flys planes and speaks in unintelligable french and english before you take off in a big plane and hope you didn't miss anything important.

In french, pilote has the same meaning as driver, both for airplane, cars, boats (navigator), and hardware drivers.

It is also used to designate the small flame always kept burning on a gas oven stove, a furnace, so that the main element can be re-ingnited just by feeding it fuel.

Not that it really helped me with the story.
