Wiki's down for a bit

Post by Lucifer »

Sorry to spring this on everybody, but the wiki is down right now. Tank's moving it off my server, should be done in the next couple of hours or so. (He went to eat breakfast right when I disabled the wiki because I'm going to bed real soon now. That's how it is, he doesn't eat breakfast unless I tell him I'm going to bed)

Then whatever time is needed for dns to work itself out. Luckily all the events this weekend have been cancelled, or weren't scheduled to begin with. :)

It should be back now, but I'm not sure how much functionality it retains from before. Please do post if you find something that doesn't work.

I got redirected to the main page when I used my bookmark to the recent changes, because it uses the "slash" way: http://wiki.armagetronad.net/index.php/ ... entchanges. No problem to change that to the "question mark" way, but I'm afraid many old links are broken.

Ok, I worked a little magic with the RewriteEngine and old URLs will still work, I think...

They seem to work now. But the wiki is terribly slow at the moment. It can take 5-10 seconds before anything shows up.

The loading slow seems to be a come and go thing that we may just have to put up with.

Speed seems fine overall. As you can see I can occasionally block one spammer per two seconds if I can attain a high clicking speed. But that's countered by the lack of anti-spam extensions.

I'll put some anti-spam on the todo list.
