Well, of course z-man likes beavers.

What does '80's slang have do do with beavers and flat footed rampaging ant eaters.

Actually, of course, this particular beaver is just having a digestive nap after eating too much of that pile of wood beside it. The sleeping "z" indeed comes from the z in z-man, too; the avatar was created shortly after this Pirate guy accused us of being lazy. I wanted to replace it with a sloth some time, but never got around it. Now, I guess, I'd rather have to exchange it with the Eater of Askers of Stupid Questions (see attachment for a rough sketch).

If you're extra curious, the beaver avatar was drawn by my then-not-yet-wife with pencil, scanned in and colored by me. And of course, Lucifer is right :) We call them bears here, though.

We knew him by a different avatar before he switched to the beaver.

I must see that avatar! (the one before the beaver lol)
He'll bite your head off!
Maybe if we all go in and catch him off guard...

The old avatar was a picture of Turrican, taken with the first game of the series, in his classic jumping pose on black background.
