Color Help... Again exept with the Moviepack

Ok, I got the Sim Cosmos moviepack and the floor graphic is green but when I play the game its blue and its realy annoying.
Ive tried to change the color with the console but it wont work.

How od I get it to be green?

theres a bug, the floor can only be blue with the moviepack

heres a screen all i did was alter the textures sound is still the same*sim dont kill me for destroying this lol*
