Movie Sounds

I'm not sure if the movie sounds are supposed to be tied into the movie pack or not, but one thing I noticed was that if sound files are in the moviesounds/ directory they are always used even when you turn the moviepack off. I think there should be another option in the menu to turn off the movie sounds just like you can turn off the movie pack. Thoughts? A quick look at the code reveals that this is not a trivial change due to the way the sounds are loaded, but I thought I'd throw this out there for future consideration.
