There are obviously more than 50 but definatly less than 1 000 000

sure
it is not meant to ellicit a realistic evaluation with current conditions
but rather
a design requirement
so that whatever people suggest for ladle-organisation
it is not exclusively designed for the 50 players involved currently

that is
it is potentially scaleable
