I dont know if this i relavent but some guy has jacked my name and is ruining my rep.

Anything i can do or suggestions?

Come up with a name that is less generic, seeing as your name is fairly common.

Proactive??? Its simple retrieve some server logs, whois their IP address and intimidate their ISP to give you their name. From then on out its nothing that a set of shattered knee caps wont fix. If that doesn’t work threaten to break their tron playing hand…ever seen casino?
