Kicks and Banning?

Hi there,

I was wondering How i can kick/ban players who named like XXX | test
everytime ill try admin kick XXX | test he says use ID or Username.How can i find out the player ID ?

I also tryed instand od XXX | test --- XXX_|_test but it also didnt help.
So please anyone here that can help me?
Is there a way to put a ingame menu with kick ban options?

type /players in the chat field , the number before the username is the ID number.
