So I come into an HR Server an I witness Twaa and a player name 666.K1ll3r speaking of booting down Servers. Can we please ban Twaa from all tournament. He is destroying this game!!! An taking fun away from new players!!

The problem with banning people from tournaments and, well, a server in general... they can just simply change their IP and come back. Even if you ban ranges, there is still a probability they will still come back. Also, if you ban someone, it doesn't stop them from ddosing. In fact, someone may ddos in anger in result of being banned. Or, they just got a new ddosing program and wants to ddos sideboob(); 30 more times (cough cough cough ZuLu).
