As it stands, Hall is first in line to take your spot if he is there. I'll post the FULL story of what happened, so it's clear 
SBT round 2: Koala is complaining about lagg and I PM him asking if I need to sub for him, koala leaves and I join. (round 13/18).
HelloWorld (idk who he is) also shouts he wants to sub in, after I already took the spot. Liz imm. starts raging and shouts at me I should let him play because I already played in round 1. Vov tells me it's not necessary and usually the highest ranked player before (pos 5,6,..) gets the spot. I asked liz if it was a rule, because it seemed useless to let HelloWorld play for 4 rounds remaining, but no reaction.
While playing the last rounds, liz kept shouting things like: ******* loser, you loose the same tournament twice, how noob are you,.. How does it feel to loose the same tournament twice? as I respond: lol how does it feel to have your period? She starts raging (again) "Sexism! Kick him!! you are a sexist, blablabla"
SBT Finals: Before the match started, someone asked until which ladle Liz was banned, she said "106", I responded: You won't be able to play ladle 100? And suddenly she kicks me, I rejoin after 5minutes auto-ban asking what I said wrong? She refers to the same reason from previous round: 'because you said something sexist, I kicked you.' Which makes no sense at all but okay. I reply in PM when she died: I was going to tell you I'd hope you will lose this, but that's not needed because you're last anways.'
Her answer in chat: delta is spamming me, please kick where cody decides to OP vogue and she bans me.
In the meantime a lot of players told liz to stfu because she kept trolling and provocating, she got silenced etc. When I got back, I thought I better end this shit because I knew it was useless and I didn't want to be as childish as liz, so after she died I pm'd her: "Why you act like this? Let's just be nice to eachother..'. She imm starts shouting in chat: Delta spamming me again please kick, first sexism now spamming, please.' So guess the answer was clear that she still wanted to troll, she got silenced by vov for the rest of the final and things were alright again.
So it's clear what kind of person you are liz and why you get banned so often, now stop trolling and just enjoy the ******* game for christ sake, delta out.

As for the liz thing, I think she was just trying to focus on playing—It's become clear that Delta was messaging her during the match, and spectators shouldn't be doing that.
It sounds like the situation in round 2 could have been taken care of in a better way, but I don't think that justifies Delta pestering liz multiple times. Sure, liz may have acted hostile but that's to be expected from someone trying to concentrate on the match.

Even if she was just trying to focus on the match, she was making work or vov and I as admins, who were also trying to play in finals, the first half was pretty much nonstop chat until she got silenced. Referring to her being a mod, no, she wasn't. Not when I'm the host. I decided who I wanted and trusted, but go ahead and host SBT Cody, I don't mind, I'd just like to keep in touch so we know when each other is hosting tournaments, I've been going on a schedule of TST, WST, SBT, sometimes taking breaks inbetween months.

I like how delta basically admits how he kept pming and pestering me while I was trying to play finals. No, I didn't win dear delta but as someone who hasn't played in months I was already glad to make it to the final. Next time, be a bit nicer! Now lets drop it.
