*bump*
I don't really have an overview of the current people in charge, but perhaps the teamleaders should vote in PMs if it is going to implemented after having discussed the details here? Players, can you go get them here?

No one is in charge and everyone hates voting. All it needs is someone to muscle it through, probably me, in a couple weeks when I have time to set up the wiki templates. Double-elimination is a win for everyone!

@sine: Of course I can help you a little, I just have to look at the Challenge Board again during Ladle 99. Heh, I'll send the captains an msg once they are about to drop out in the first round to make sure I have their full attention ("Hello you poor soul! Are you tired of having your arse kicked in the opening round of the ladle? Go to Arma forums and vote, in order to have your arse kicked at least two more times for extra fun!"). :P

My god, I laughed out loud. I'll have to remember to not eat/drink while reading your posts from now on. Could have choked to death.

I'd be willing to help in any way I can, I'm not very code savvy but I'm pretty good at that copy and paste mechanic.

For wiki bracket template we'd already have one; see the one on this page:
http://wiki.armagetronad.org/index.php?title=FortCafe1

Details to decide/vote about if we do this:
Best of X in the upper bracket (probably 3)
Best of X in the lower bracket (1 in all matches, 3 in LB finals, or 3 in all matches?)
Best of X in the final (3, 5, or 5 starting at 1-0 for UB winner?)

Informed them as announced, so I guess PMs can be sent out soon.

I was thinking about double elimination 1-2 weeks ago and implementing it for an extended ladle 100, I'm glad this was posted and hope to see it next month :-)
