Warm-up matches still allow you to evaluate a server's performance, so yes, I would include feedback from any server you played in during Ladle.Nub wrote:(not sure if these will count or not as we didn't technically play actual matches in these servers, but rather used them to warmup, trying to find servers better than Delinquent's)

Re: Ladle 85
Thanks for the feedback on my server. I checked the log and the reason that you couldn't get into it is that it went into Turtle mode, which any current server will do when it is overloaded from either use or abuse by a hacker. For those who don't know, turtle mode was added by Z-man as a protection against flooding attacks that a person was using to shut down servers a few years ago. Considering that it was full of slides for players and then went into turtle mode because of what appears to be pretty normal usage, I am going to adjust some things on the hosting VPS to make sure it doesn't happen again. If I can't figure out anything, I will just remove it from tournament use.

Thx for looking into it comguygene, maybe you can give an update when you fixed it/looked into it, so your server could be used for a clanwar to test it before next ladle.
Re: Ladle 85
any recordings?
Re: Ladle 85
Z-Man will probably have them up once he gets the chanceJrotc2012 wrote:any recordings?

Re: Ladle 85
Yeah, it takes about an hour to sort through them and figure out who played when where and which file it ended up in. I used to do that on the fly while the games were going on, but it was too chaotic. And the ladle schedule and life restrictions mean it only makes sense to start the next day. So, here they are, as usual for 0.2.8.3.2:
