Anyway my vote is correct even though I didn't know yes + 0 warning was an option.

Less voters than you think were eligible. There are moderators that were not server owners in this past Ladle. The voters in a pm trial consist of the Server Owners and Team Leaders (1 vote per team). I did pm every team Leader and server owner. Not everyone participated, surprisingly so.

I read the result as follow, Sinewav will tell if I'm wrong :
6/8 yes for a penalty => player must have a penalty.
(3+1+1+1)/8 =0.75 => rounded makes 1.
So yes, I should have a penalty of an amount of 1 warning.

As far as I know tak (Sh team leader) wasn't pm-ed. I received pm's but I assume it's because I'm a server owner.

Yeah it's pretty clear that 1 is the winner for tak. And 3 for mister.

From the rules : "If the “Yes” option is the winner and there is a tie between the number of warning choices, then the leftmost tied-option is the winner. "

So I suppose it means we have to use mode, even though it's the less fair way of counting.

My vote is correct. Thank you gene for putting in the time to do this. From the results, Mr gets a 1 month ban and cannot be Team Leader until Ladle 92. Tak gets 1 warning which does not affect his playing status. Probation lasts 4 months.
