really good idea, but, i predict many people coming here saying they could not make it

considering Shovel is every month, I think the best way is just let it go on Sunday (like that ladle when Eurocup final was going at same time)

If it remains with only 12 teams; may I recommend a 3, 3, 3, 3 where two of each advance, and then 2 of each group of 4 remaining? If not it would immediately be the finals; which I am not all opposed of just having one advance; since it is Easter Sunday, but I do want to make sure we have some sort of guideline come Sunday.

Ok Brackets are done.
Im not playing this Shovel but I think Over`s idea is the best to make a longer and better tournament (having 2 winners each circle till finals) but its put to TLeaders to decide on it.

hopefully, if most agree on it. Otherwise the semis will be 2 teams only.
Or just make Semis and Finals, but the tournament will be so short

Nothing wrong with a short tournament! Besides, there are tournaments, like, every weekend.

I say you all make it top 2 advance.. because it would be boring have a 1v1 for the semi final/final..

2 teams advance is the best option, and since no team leader said he is against, let's do it!
