Are you sure that settings is a good idea cause a hacker might misuse that command and increase their level higher and crash the server?

BTW, you might want to replace your existing ctfbrawl114_authorities.cfg with this:

Why have I have removed your edit?

a. Sign-ups are still open so no need to get a head start on the auth file.
b. That was NOT your rinclude to take down or replace.
c. I also seen you replaced the main configs to. I have removed that until tru approves.

Also Access_level USER_LEVEL 1

Means that anyone who has admin, can access the /admin user_level command.

2) authorities file is automatically generated a day before tournament date (the deadline for sign ups)

Only owner could use that command. That's to make life better for admins. If team does not have a captain shown up, admin can set up permanent access level for `team leader` user and leave the server. He does not have to worry if that user leaves... when user is back he will still have his level, which does not work for simply oped users)

Did not think about it, in that case I suggest remove that command. I also suggest increase access level for SuperLeaders to 6
